Honey Balsamic Glazed Roast Duck, Whipped Sweet Potatoes & an Asparagus, Mint Puree

This was sooooo yummy! I was able to find a 5lb duck at Ole Timey Meat Market for just under $20. We love duck in this house so why not try it out right?! Find the recipe here!


I also decided to whip the sweet potatoes with a little heavy cream, butter & cinnamon after the potatoes were cooked in the oven for about an hour at 400 degrees. 


The puree was also delicious... I added a little organic sugar and mint to the steamed asparagus and whaaalaaa yummy puree! 


If you enjoy duck, give it a shot and cook it at home! Its not hard to have a 5 star meal at your own table.
